Rainwater Tank Delivery · Perth
5,000L poly tank, narrow side access, ends up exactly where the plumber wants it. One trip, one fee.
How it works.
Rainwater tanks are awkward by design — tall, light enough to roll, heavy enough to wreck a fence on the way. The standard delivery method is dropping them on the verge and rolling them around the side of the house, which works until it doesn't. A HIAB lifts the tank clean over the house and lands it exactly on the slab, no rolling involved.
Perth's tank market is mostly poly (Bushman, Devan, Polymaster) ranging from 1,000L garden tanks up to 30,000L freestanding cylinders. Slimline tanks fit beside houses; round tanks usually go in the rear yard or under-house cavity. We handle the lot — the lift is straightforward, but the placement matters because plumbers price connection from the tank's exact final position.
For larger acreage tanks (15,000L+) or steel tanks, the weight is enough that the lift needs to be planned — confirmed weight, clear reach, stable ground for the truck's outriggers. Send the supplier's spec sheet through with the quote and we'll confirm what the lift requires.
Common combination: pickup from the supplier (Polymaster Wangara, Bushman in Perth), deliver to the site, place on the prepared base. One callout for the lot — saves arranging a separate delivery and a separate lift.

FAQs.
Can you place a tank in a tight side-access?
Often the whole reason to use a HIAB. We lift over the house or fence rather than rolling around the side. Send a photo of where the tank needs to go and we'll confirm reach.
Do you handle steel tanks?
Yes — they're heavier than poly so the lift is more involved, but standard work. Steel tanks at 22,500L+ usually need close-in positioning so the truck park matters more.
Can you pick up from the supplier and deliver?
Yes. Tell us the supplier address (Polymaster, Bushman, etc.) and the destination — we'll do pickup, transport, and placement on one callout.
What about the base — do I need it ready?
Yes. The base (slab, sand pad, or screened gravel) needs to be in place before the lift. The tank goes on once and that's where it stays — relifting later is a separate callout.
