HIAB Lifting Perth.
Heavy thing, tricky spot, no access. That's the HIAB's exact brief. From aircon onto roofs to spas over fences, if it needs lifting into place — we lift it.
Lift — in plain English.
A HIAB is a truck with a knuckle-boom crane bolted to the chassis. We park the truck, extend the boom, pick the load up, and place it exactly where it needs to go — roof, backyard, site, whatever. No forklift needed, no carrying, no scaffolding for short jobs.
The boom reaches around 15 metres with load, which covers most two-storey residential roofs, backyards behind single-storey houses, and building sites with decent street frontage. If the job might be outside the envelope, send a photo with the quote and we'll confirm.
Every lift starts with a site check — overhead wires, trees, the lift path, the park. On time, safe, in and out.
- Air conditioning onto a roof or plant deck
- Spa delivered and placed in the backyard
- Pool shell lowered into an excavated pit
- Pallet of bricks onto a second-storey slab
- Steel beams, trusses, roof sheets into framing
- Generators, tanks, statues placed on site
The sort of lift work we do every week.

- 04Steel beams, trusses, and roof sheets lifted into position

A few things people always ask.
Do you lift over fences and two-storey houses?
Yes. The HIAB's reach handles most Perth residential lifts over fences and single or two-storey houses. Send photos with the quote if it's unclear — we'll confirm before booking.
What's the heaviest thing you can lift?
Depends on reach. Close to the truck, several tonnes is fine; at max reach (~15m) capacity drops. Tell us the weight and roughly where it needs to go, and we'll give a straight answer.
How much does a typical lift cost?
The price depends on travel from the depot to your site and time on the ground. Run your job through the quote tool and you'll see a real number in about 20 seconds — no callback wait.
Do I need to be on site?
Usually yes — someone needs to confirm the placement. If that's not possible, call ahead and we'll work something out.

The other two.
Lift isn't the only thing on the menu. If your job's more about getting something from A to B, or dropping it straight from a wholesaler, the other two services cover that.
